About Together Dementia Support

I founded Together Dementia Support in 2014, filling a major gap in support available for people living with dementia and their carers in Manchester.

Ten years later, we remain the only specialised, post-diagnostic dementia service provider in the city region.

I look forward to sharing our journey so far with you at this exciting event, and sharing our plans for a future where all people in Manchester can living positively dementia.
